Expand-O-Guard
 
The EXPAND-O-GUARD is a reusable cover useful for protecting parts too large for standard caps or containers. Able to fit both circular and rectangular shapes, the EXPAND-O-GUARD is particularly useful on parts where the outside surfaces need protection such as gears, bellows and large threaded parts. The adjustable button-and-buttonhole fastening system allows a single EXPAND-O-GUARD to protect parts of varying diameter.

How to choose and order an EXPAND-O-GUARD

When choosing an EXPAND-O-GUARD, choose a cover as wide or wider than the part to be covered and within the diameter range shown on the chart.


All Specialty Containers and Covers are made standard of Translucent Green vinyl; however, when ordering parts, the complete part number includes the part number from the chart and a two-letter suffix code that specifies the material used. For example, to order an EXPAND-O-GUARD that is 2.0" wide with a minor length of 7" made of Translucent Green vinyl, the complete part number would be "EG2-3BB".
